Lost or Stolen Packages
Jeweltorious is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as "delivered" to the address provided by the customer. If the package(s) are lost or stolen once confirmed as "delivered," then the customer will need to file a claim to the delivering carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is found undeliverable and returned to Jeweltorious due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, then the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to reship the order.
